The Days of Disaster

My speculative fantasy novel, the Days of Disaster, takes place in a world plagued by terrible natural disasters. Adé is one of five strangers chosen from across the world to wield the elements with mysterious and ancient relics. Reluctantly, he travels to another country, where he learns to harness his newfound magic. There he meets the others who have been thrust into this urgent race against the disasters and, they discover, the eventual end of the world. As Adé and his friends test their magic against increasingly destructive natural disasters, they begin to question the motives of the international government that charged them with this task. At the same time, they are pursued by a dangerous organization bent on possessing the relics. Despite their differences, this team must work together to uncover their place in a plot thousands of years in the making in order to save their world from an elemental crisis.

As I progress towards the publishing of The Days of Disaster, I've created concept art designed around the characters and settings in my novel to create a more vivid impression for the reader. This work fits hand in hand with my illustration portfolio, which aims to explore imaginary worlds and vividly communicate stories.
